Trevor co-founded Environmental Landcare LLC with his close friend John shortly after graduating college, driven by a shared vision to build a company rooted in integrity, environmental responsibility, and exceptional service. Together, they laid the foundation for a business that values relationships as much as results. Since John's passing in 2022, Trevor has continued to lead the company with the same dedication and purpose they started with-growing a team that reflects their original values and commitment to quality. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Trevor remains deeply involved in both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations, ensuring that Environmental Landcare stays true to its roots while evolving to meet the needs of its clients and community.

Chrisdy brings clarity, precision, and heart to every corner of Environmental Landcare LLC. As our Office & Finance Administrator, she bridges operational efficiency with financial integrity-translating complex legal, technical, and accounting details into actionable systems that keep our business running smoothly. She has been with the company for over eight years and holds a Professional Fertilizer Applicator License with the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), underscoring her commitment to regulatory excellence and environmental stewardship. Whether she's refining client communications, troubleshooting payroll, or crafting compliance-ready documentation, Chrissy' thoughtful approach ensures transparency, professionalism, and peace of mind for our team and clients alike.

Javier joined Environmental Landcare LLC in 2005 as a laborer, bringing grit, reliability, and a quiet determination to every job site. Over the years, his deep knowledge of field operations, equipment, and team coordination earned him the respect of peers and leadership alike. Today, as Operations Manager, Javier oversees the day-to-day execution of projects with the same hands-on dedication that defined his early years. His journey from the ground up reflects the heart of our company-hard work, loyalty, and a commitment to doing things right.

David joined Environmental Landcare LLC in 2025, bringing with him 17 years of hands-on experience in landscape construction. His background includes a wide range of specialties-from pond and stream restoration to retaining walls, asphalt work, concrete finishing, patio and paver installations, and landscape maintenance. He's also highly skilled in culvert and pipe installation, erosion and sediment control, grading, and excavation. As Construction Manager, David oversees site planning, crew coordination, and project execution with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. He holds an OSHA 30 certification and a Maryland Yellow Card, underscoring his commitment to safe, compliant, and high-quality work. Since joining the team, David's leadership and technical expertise have already made a lasting impact across both residential and commercial projects.
